I was watching the new Sherlock Holmes..it is set in 2012.
In one story, Holmes pulls Watson's service pistol, a 9mm Browning on the bad guy.
So, I was wondering are British officers still allowed to keep their sidearms when they leave the service as their fathers were?

Seems that it cost millions more now to supply our troops in Afghanistan.
Why?
Well Pakistan wont allow us to use the shorter route in their land.
The fellas and girls in foggy bottom have their lace undies in a twist as to how to handle this.

I very seldom talk about party and politics here.
Marines..all American military have a tradition of being non-political.
But since I shall be careful to keep Policy..I trust I shall not cross that line.
